4. Matters arising
Discussions open up regarding Item 6 - Wattstown Youth Centre. Neville said that he had been walking around the village and felt that there wasn’t any suitable building which would be big enough for the youth centre. The question was ask if we could draw down money from Objective 1 as Wattstown was an Objective 1 area.

Wendy said that it is difficult to draw down money from Objective 1 as at the present time the partnership has not looked into the legal status of the partnership and Wendy felt that the partnership may be putting themselves at risk.

It was commented on that Wendy had a negative attitude and it was agreed that Andrea would bring Objective 1 forms to the next meeting.

5. The Way Forward
Staff Interviews to take place on 18th and 23rd November.
